Third party services
White Paper may use some third party services to help us run our business more securely and provide us with specific functionality.
Except as otherwise noted in this policy, we only disclose personal information to third party services under the following conditions:
- The third party only uses the provided data for the purpose for which we have provided it.
- The third party adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles, or treats personal information with at least that level of protection.
- The third party has provided assurances that they will only use the data in a manner consistent with the consent originally provided by the User.
- The disclosure is reasonably necessary to meet a legal obligation, compliance obligation, regulatory obligation, or as needed to conduct our own business processes.
Third party services may include;
We use Google Analytics to collect, monitor and analyse log data. No personal identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics. Furthermore, steps have been taken to ensure that all IP addresses collected through tracking code are anonymised. If you would like to prevent your data being shared with Google Analytics you can choose to opt out.
We use a third party service called "Postmark" to deliver secure transactional email from our website. This includes emails such as service notifications and forgotten password emails.
We use a third party service called "Foxy Cart" to provide secure and PCI compliant shopping cart functionality. Foxy.io is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider, and is listed on both Visa and MasterCard's global registries.
Anytime you submit payment information via our website, you are submitting through Foxy.io's secure infrastructure. If you opt to save your payment information during checkout, that information is stored at Foxy. The product you purchased, your full name, card details, email and billing address is sent to Foxy Cart so they can validate your order.
